We ask that changes to appointment times or cancellations to be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee or forfeiting your deposit.
Your satisfaction is our ultimate priority; if you didn't get what you requested, please let us know within 7 days, we will invite you back for a complimetary redo service.
A part of our service is to send a confirmation SMS for appointments 48 hours prior. Unconfirmed appointments may be cancelled to acoomodate other guests.
All services over 2.5 hours require a $90 deposit to secure the appointment when booked in-salon or over the phone. Appointments booked online require a 20% deposit. Deposits are fully-refundable up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Franck Provost hairdressers are categorised according to their level of seniority. This is determined by training and practical experience which is reflected in our pricing structure.

Hi Trina, our stylists are graded in levels which is determined by their experience and training. If you're looking for a good style cutter then we recommend you book with one of our higher level stylists such as a 'Master Stylist' or an 'Advanced Senior Stylist'. We also recommend that you visit us in-salon for a complimentary haircut consultation beforehand. This way you can explain exactly what you're after and gauge whether you feel the hairdresser and yourself would be a good fit!
