Nerida Yoga is a friendly studio offering power yoga classes, low hype and high energy sessions. All classes are suitable for beginners, modifications are offered to suit your level of ability. Expect to sweat a bit, raise your heart rate a little and feel stretched and relaxed by the end of your practice.
