Studio Sessions
New Clients – Start-Up Pack

All new clients are encouraged to begin with our Start-up Package, which includes four sessions designed to assess and develop a personalized Pilates program:
- 1st Visit: Pilates assessment focusing on your medical history, posture alignment, and muscle patterning, using foundational matwork exercises and reformer.
- 2nd Visit: Further development of the program, with adjustments made as needed.
- 3rd Visit: Similar to the 2nd visit, with the option to increase or change exercises.
- 4th Visit: Progressing to different equipment where possible, with considerations for medical conditions or injuries.
Private Sessions
Price: $55 per session

One-on-one sessions tailored to your personal fitness or rehabilitation needs for optimal results.
Duet Sessions
Price: $45 per person
Details:
Sessions for two clients with similar fitness levels, working together with an instructor.
Pilates Mat Classes – Dunlop
Basic Matwork Classes
Price: $120 (6-week course)
Details:
Introductory level Pilates matwork classes with a focus on fundamentals such as postural alignment, core activation, and mind-body connections. Maximum of 12 participants.
Progressive Matwork Classes
Price: $120 (6-week course)
Details:
A continuation from the basic level, incorporating Pilates props like thera-bands, small balls, and fit balls. This class introduces intermediate elements.
Intermediate Matwork Classes
Price: $120 (6-week course)
Details:
Challenging classes that require greater core strength and control. The repertoire includes intermediate and advanced Pilates exercises.
Casual Classes (Progressive & Intermediate)
Price: $25 per class
Details:
For those who prefer flexibility, casual classes are available for the Progressive and Intermediate levels.
