The Yoga Room Scarborough is a place for yoga, co-creation, art and community. We offer a safe place for you to explore the whole spectrum of being human. Through yoga and meditation we hope to inspire you from within, to grow in the direction you want to go. Each of our classes offer careful guidance through breath and movement, and encourages you to have a compassionate conversation with Self. We have experienced how a regular yoga practice can lead to a healthier, stronger, more flexible body – but more importantly, how it can lead to a more balanced head space, and returning to one’s natural state of love & joy. Our offerings include something for everybody, whether you’re a complete beginner or a more seasoned practitioner.
