Did you still pay? Did you tell them you weren't happy and asked them to fix it? Were they busy? You have to wait inline every where you go. If you rushed them that's probably why they no good. I usually go when it's not busy and haven't had any drama. Perhaps they were super busy and flat out. I'm sure if you told them you weren't happy they would've fixed it b
